Jonathan Stairs - Lead Pastor
Jonathan leads our church to pray. He is responsible for the primary spiritual feeding of the church from God’s Word and he gives visionary and team leadership.
Jonathan joined TBC in September 2012. He and his wife Lori have four children: a daughter Jessie who is married to Andrew and mother to their granddaughter Peyton, and sons Josiah, Noah and Luke, along with their dog Remy. Jonathan loves the outdoors enjoying God’s creation. A former pitcher, you might find him on a baseball diamond coaching or watching the game he has loved the most for four decades.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Studies from Moody Bible Institute, a Master of Divinity from Bethel Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Liberty University. He is also an adjunct professor at Heritage College and Seminary and serves on the Fellowship National Council. | Galatians 2:20

Jason Elliotson - Pastor of Discipleship & Care
Jason belongs to his wife Kellie, and their playful Golden Retriever, Bo. He holds an undergraduate science degree from the University of Guelph and has completed his Masters of Divinity from Heritage Seminary.
Curious about everything and an avid bushman, his interests range from most sports through music and other arts, from philosophy and the humanities through the hard sciences, economics and politics. He loves Jesus and God’s people, and wants to be found making disciples and faithfully caring for the family of God when Jesus returns. | Matthew 10:25 | Romans 12:9-10
Steve Limmer - Pastor of Senior's Discipleship and Visitation
Steve has been married to his loving wife, Mary, for over 50 years. They have three children and eight grandchildren who they love to spend time with. Steve graduated with a degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. Steve’s first career was as a high school math teacher, teaching in both public and Christian schools. It was in this career that the Limmers got to spend two years in Portugal, teaching at a Christian School there. When Steve is not working you will find him walking, reading or cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

Kyle Rhora - Pastor of Parents & Kids Discipleship
Kyle prays for and equips the parents and children of Temple Baptist Church and has a heart to see the families in our community come to know a saving faith in Jesus Christ.
Kyle and his family (Ashley, Mackenzie, and Jadyn) joined the Temple Family in October of 2018 when Kyle started as an intern. In January of 2020, Kyle started as part time Pastor of Children’s Discipleship and as of April of 2021, came on full time as Pastor of Parents and Kids Discipleship. Kyle lives to glorify God, love his family, and serve the local and global Church. | Hebrews 4:12

Aaron Naismith - Pastor of Worship & Tech
Aaron has a passion to see people become worshippers of God and grow in their worship of Him. While his primary role is leading people in worship on Sunday mornings, he longs for people to see that every aspect of their lives can be worship to God.
Aaron joined Temple in April of 2022. He and his wife Jasmine have two children: Layden and Declan, along with their dog Bandit. Aaron loves music and enjoys playing a wide range of instruments. Aaron also loves being outside and spends as much time as he can in the outdoors. You can also find Aaron cheering on the Leafs and the Steelers.
Aaron has an Associate of Arts in Music Diploma and a Bachelor of Christian Ministry from Briercrest College and Seminary. 1 Corinthians 10:31.
Aaron Ottaway - Restoration Church Planter
Aaron and Nikki were called by God to plant a new church in the Southwood area of Cambridge, Restoration Church. The church currently calls Tapestry Hall home as well as Galt Collective. His passion is to follow Christ wholeheartedly, and mobilize others to do the same.
Aaron began his ministry at Temple in June, 2008. Aaron graduated from Word of Life Bible Institute, New Brunswick Bible Institute and has earned his Master of Divinity from Heritage College and Seminary. Aaron and his wife, Nikki, were married on May 1, 2010. They have three little girls, Claire, Rose and Audrey. Aaron is a big sports fan and he loves the Chicago Blackhawks. | 1 Corinthians 15:10

Ed Hodgins - Manager of Operations
Ed is responsible for providing leadership in the areas of finance, property and information technology.
He joined TBC in 2016, following retirement from a 32 year career in education administration. He and his wife Wendy enjoy spending time with their children, Lindsay (Andrew), Jonathan, William (Amanda), and one grandchild, and can often be seen walking the streets and trails of the Glen Morris area with their standard poodle.

Linda Morrell - Head Custodian
Linda is known around 400 Holiday Inn Drive as “Mrs. Fix-it.” If there is something needing to be fixed, she is there ready to help.
Wife of Ross and mother to 11 grown children.
She has been serving at TBC since 1997. She enjoys reading and sewing.
Susan Losch - Bookkeeper
Susan has been the Bookkeeper at TBC since August 2015. She and her husband Duane have been attending the church for many years, and became members in 2015. She and Duane have been married for 25 years. She was blessed with the opportunity of being a bonus (step) mom to Duane's children Courtney and Justin and now a grandma to little McKenna. She is so excited to learn about the things of God. Digging for the silver and gold found in His Word is one of her favourite things to do. The most recent treasure she found is the amazing truths about Heaven. She is completely overwhelmed with the fact that He wants a relationship with her and all mankind and that He left His letter (the Bible) with us to introduce Himself to the world.

Amanda Roberts - Administrative Assistant
Amanda joined the staff at Temple Baptist in the Summer of 2022. Amanda and her husband David have been married for over 33 years and are parents to Madison (Tyler), Presley (Jeff), and Noah. They recently welcomed their first grandchild, Eloise. Amanda is passionate about Bible study, historical and genealogical research, and has a strong interest in Israel and the Jewish people. She is a published author, who loves listening to testimonies of how believers came to faith in Jesus Christ.

Wayne Baxter
Wayne is the husband of Lucille and they have three sons: Ethan, Micah, and Jared. The Baxters have attended Temple since 2013, after moving to Cambridge when Wayne began his full-time ministry teaching at Heritage College & Seminary. His spiritual gifts include teaching, preaching, leadership, and administration. At Temple, he has served by teaching Next Chapter classes, leading a small group, spear-heading the Chesterton Lecture, as well as preaching on occasion. Wayne enjoys writing, sports (NBA, NFL), and his wife’s baking. | Acts 13:36a
Ron Bolender - Chairman
Ron is married to Pat, father of two adult sons and has an identical twin brother. They have been involved at Temple since 1981. Ron has served in various capacities including the bus ministry, Sunday school, Global Outreach, choir and Deacon. Ron has been on three missions’ trips aided by Temple Baptist; Japan in 1993, Portugal in 2012 and Ukraine in 2019.
Outside the church Ron has been a home inspector, facilitator of Home Inspection classes at Conestoga College, a building and renovation contractor, and now is a consultant to Rybo Inc., the Home Flood Protection Program and facilitator of the online Home Flood Risk Assessment Training course through Fleming College.
Interests include listening to Southern Gospel Music and spending time with his grandchildren. Having grown up in Toronto, Ron is an avid Maple Leaf, Blue Jay, Raptor and Argonaut fan. In his life, Ron has found Jesus to be the answer to all that life brings. | Romans 10:13
Robin Hacon
Robin is married to Fay and they have three adult daughters. Robin and Fay have attended Temple for approximately 25 years. Robin has served in various capacities including Prayer Mobilization Team, Men's Ministry, Men's Prayer, Visitation/Care, and Elders' training. Ryan Bolender - Young Adults
Ryan is married to Jillian and they have three daughters. He and his wife are business owners and are known fondly in the community. They love coming along side the young adults in our church and have been known to sport some crazy Christmas sweaters.
Kyle Duguay - Student Ministries
Father of two, husband of one, and child of the one true King. At church you will most likely find Kyle either in the Student Centre working with our high school students or behind the drum kit in the Worship Centre as part of our worship team. Kyle is a fan of football (playing & watching), good food (cooking & eating), and hip hop music (listening and performing). | Romans 1:16, Psalm 150:5
Regis Chow - IT Ministry
Regis graduated from the University of Waterloo with Bachelor in Mathematics with Honours in Computer Science. He is married to Bethany and have they three children, Micah, Elise, and Elliott. He enjoys all things sports and tech, but his goal one day is to build his wife a nightstand! | Proverbs 3:5-6
Albert TenBruggencate - Men's Ministry
Albert enjoys anything outdoors (except mosquitos and deer flies), photography and cooking. He is married to Anita, his wonderful wife, and together they have two beautiful daughters. He loves serving the Lord through his church.
Ross Morrell - Property Deacon
Ross and his wife Linda have been attending Temple for over 20 years. Ross has served in many areas over those years, including: elder, deacon, property committee, men's prayer group, men's ministries and seniors’ ministries. Ross and Linda have 11 children including: Rebecca (deceased), Martha, David, Aaron, Daniel, Jesse, Michael, Edgar, Andrew, Ruth-Ada and Lena. They have six grandchildren. Ross enjoys the outdoors.
