Facility Rental

About weekends: TEMPLE BAPTIST CHURCH is only open for rentals on the 4th Saturday of each month between 10:00am and 4:00pm from January to November. We are not open on Sundays for rentals (but feel free to join us at our 10:30am Sunday service).

Please read all information below before applying for a rental space, as the $20 application fee is non-refundable.

We are so happy you are interested in knowing more about the facilities at 400 Holiday Inn Drive.

If you would like to book one of our spaces, the first step is to check availability and then send us the mandatory facility request application form. We do ask that requests be submitted at least two weeks prior to your desired date for the event (no SUNDAYS!). Feel free to call Amanda @ 519 658-9001 to check availability beforehand as each application requires a $20 non-refundable fee which will be applied to your rental rate - it is not to hold a booking date. Fees for all rentals are to be paid within 7 days of invoice.

FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES - The Woodlot Indoor Playground and Sprouts Classroom right next to it, are a package deal. It is not possible to split The Woodlot and Sprouts Classroom time frame - two hours for one is two hours for the other. Food and beverages are strictly prohibited in The Woodlot Indoor Playground and so the classroom is mandatory.The classroom has a small counter area and sink, it does not have a fridge. The maximum time frame is 4 hours on Saturdays (between 10:00am and 4:00pm) and 3.5 hours for weeknights (earliest is 5:00pm to maximum 8:30pm)

When applying for rental space please keep in mind that your set-up and clean-up time must be included in the requested time slot. Early access to the facility space outside of your rental time slot is not permitted. Round tables (seat 8) and chairs are available for use, but it will be the responsibility of the renter to set up, wipe, and take down any tables and chairs provided to you.
